How To Be A Young Agent.
The Young Agents Alliance empowers the next generation of insurance leaders through education, networking, and leadership development. Led by a passionate Young Agents Executive Committee, the program provides tools and resources designed to help young professionals grow and succeed as trusted advisors.
Any IIAM member who is 40 or younger or has less than 5 years of industry experience can join at no additional cost.
