IIAM Young Agent Committee

Our Mission

The Mississippi Young Agent Committee comprises Young Agent members under 40 years of age and is the premier group for professional growth and lifelong relationships in our industry.  The future of the independent agency channel rests on the development of the next generation of agency leaders and their success within the industry.

This committee seeks to nurture that success and provide opportunities for:

  • Leadership
  • Sales training
  • Improving communication skills
  • Networking
  • Advocating for the industry
  • Mentoring

Am I eligible?

Membership is open to all IIAM members younger than age 40. Young Agent membership is free for all IIAM Members. IIAM hosts three Young Agents functions each year: the Young Agents-sponsored Skeet Shoot, the Young Agents Baseball Outing in the Spring, and the joint IIAM/IIABL Young Agents Conference in August.
