IIAM scholarships help support students connected to member agencies as they continue their education in Mississippi.
Scholarship at a glance.
Up to 6 Scholarships
IIAM awards up to six academic scholarships each year.
1,000 Each
Each scholarship is awarded in the amount of $1,000.
For Mississippi Students
Open to eligible full-time students attending accredited Mississippi colleges and universities.
Who’s Eligible?
Applicants must:
- Be a full-time student at an accredited Mississippi community college, public college, or private college/university
- Be classified as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
- Be a dependent child of a full-time employee of an IIAM member agency
- Be in good standing with their college
Please note:
- Graduate students are not eligible
- Past scholarship winners are not eligible to apply again
- Full-time student status is determined by the college attended
Application Details
To be considered, applicants must submit all required materials:
- Completed application
- Resume
- Certified copy of the latest transcript
- Letter of recommendation from a non-family member
- Essay of 500 words or fewer
